Terms and conditions for our Bed and Breakfast.
Reservations are on a first come first serve basis. Receipt of a 50% deposit will confirm your reservation. Payment of your remaining balance may be made at any time up to the time of arrival. Payments received at the time of arrival, must be made in cash, traveler's checks or money order only. Sorry, no Visa or Mastercard.

OCCUPANCY
Maximum occupancy is 3 persons.

MINIMUM STAY
Minimum stay is two days at Ala'aina Ocean Vista. If you wish to stay for less than two days we may be able to accommodate you, but there will be an additional maid service charge. Please check with us for special details and exceptions.

CHECK-IN
Check-in-time is 3:00 pm. Check-out time is 11:00 am. Early check-in or late check-out is not a problem provided that no one else is checking in on or out on the same day.

PAYMENT
Payment of the 50% deposit should be made by check, cashier's check, traveler's checks or money order. Reservations are not confirmed until checks clear the bank. No out of country checks. Hawai'i excise and room tax of 11.42% will be added to the balance. Please make check or money order payable to:

FINAL PAYMENT
